New Construction Phase Inspections
Pre-Slab | Pre-Drywall | Final Inspection
I offer comprehensive new construction phase inspections to help ensure your home is being built to a proper standard every step of the way. The phase inspections can be performed individually or packaged together for more savings.
The pre-slab inspection evaluates critical components like foundation footings, form boards, underground plumbing, and site prep before concrete is poured.
During the pre-drywall inspection, I assess the structural framing, roof installation, moisture barriers, and the rough-in work for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems—areas that are no longer visible once drywall is installed.
The final inspection provides a detailed overview of the completed home, verifying that finishes, fixtures, mechanical systems, and safety features have been installed correctly before your final walkthrough or closing. Each inspection includes a detailed report, giving you the insight and peace of mind needed to protect your investment and hold your builder accountable.
Thermal Imaging: My inspections incorporate state-of-the-art thermal imaging technology. This allows us to identify hidden issues such as electrical hotspots, insulation gaps, and potential moisture problems. Thermal imaging helps us detect problems that may not be visible to the naked eye.
